ER accumulation on the cell plate during cytokinesis
Time series at one confocal plane of root meristematic cells in line Q4 (also known as SNO). At the begnining of the time series, the cell visible in the center of the frame is initiating nuclear envelope break down. 8 frames (approximately 30 seconds) later, the daughter nuclei are clearly evident. Note that the marker accumulates on the nascent phragmosplast, which starts forming after nuclear envelope reformation.
